The business is driven by the founding team of Molly Lim and K K Lim. Molly Lim is the National Director who is an Australian qualified Executive Coach and Trainer. Before launching the business, she had vast experience in training and information services covering South East Asia, Australia, China and Hong Kong. She maintains a high profile within the Hong Kong business community participating on the Executive Committee of various organizations. Molly is Past-President of the Hong Kong Association of Business and Professional Women. K K Lim is the Managing Director, leaving a successful career in international banking to pursue his passion in Human Resources Management consulting. He has worked and lived in Europe, Australia as well as across East & South Asia. His current work includes workshops and seminars for companies, organizations and MBA students within the region, conducted in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
