Jim Sirbasku
	As the CEO of Profiles International, Jim Sirbasku's purpose is to make Profiles International the industry's leader. He has expanded the company's marketing efforts while introducing innovative new products. Jim's goal is to provide business, government, and industry with modern occupational evaluation tools for optimizing human resources. Today, Profiles International is known as “ The Assessment Company” for its wide range of products designed to put the right people into the right jobs. Through his background in a variety of businesses, Jim Sirbasku has a vast amount of firsthand experience as a leader, manager, motivator, and trainer.
Jim has been recognized as one of America's most experienced sales and marketing authorities and has trained thousands of people. For fifteen years, he headed a company with over 500 employees and over 2,000 franchised representatives in the USA and abroad.
Jim Sirbasku is also known as one of America's most enthusiastic speakers. He has addressed hundreds of audiences from coast to coast and at international conventions. As a spokesman for the free-enterprise system, Jim is a champion of the individual and promotes the cause of developing human potential. He believes that the opportunity for ambitious people to own their own business is the key to unlocking “The American Dream.”
The Sales & Marketing Executives International Academy of Achievement Hall of Fame has honored Jim Sirbasku by inducting him to the Hall in 2002. He has also been presented the prestigious SMEI Pinnacle Award.
In 2003, Jim Sirbasku co-authored the book, 40 Strategies for Winning in Business with his long-time business partner, Bud Haney.
Jim Sirbasku is action-oriented and a decision-maker. He is a master at planning and organizing, as evidenced by the several businesses he has started and maintained in addition to Profiles International, Inc., businesses as varied as real estate developments and Egyptian-Arabian horse breeding. His track record of achievements over the past forty years in business has made Jim a person with whom others want to associate and do business.
While maintaining an extraordinary business schedule, Jim makes time for community service by heading and serving on many civic committees and boards in Central Texas. His many friends include leaders in business and government throughout America and around the world.
Joe "Bud" Haney
	Bud Haney strives to excel and to win at everything he does. This competitive spirit stems from the time when playing baseball was an important part of his life. Today, he is achieving market success as the President of Profiles International, Inc., a company that helps its clients optimize their investment in human capital – the people they employ. A native of Galveston, Texas, Bud Haney received an accounting degree from Sam Houston State University. He attended college on a baseball scholarship and was a four-time All-American. Bud was signed to a professional baseball contract by the Kansas City Athletics and played three professional seasons until suffering a career-ending injury.
After two years as a teacher and high school baseball coach, Bud Haney joined his father in a family-owned heating and air conditioning business while studying to become a Certified Public Accountant. Three years later, Bud formed his own business in the human resources field. His business success led to an executive position with an international company. He became the firm's president a few years later.
In 1991, Bud Haney teamed with his long-time business associate, Jim Sirbasku, in founding Profiles International, Inc., the world’s leading developer and supplier of occupational assessments . As president, Bud has effectively led the expansion of the company's marketing into more than 90 countries around the world. This effort has increased Profiles International's ability to serve the growing needs of worldwide commerce as well as American business and industry.
Frequently in demand as a speaker and trainer, Bud has spoken to groups as small as ten people to crowds numbering in the thousands throughout the United States and several other countries around the world.
In 2002, Bud Haney was enshrined in the Sales & Marketing Executives International Academy of Achievement Hall of Fame and presented with SMEI’s prestigious Pinnacle Award.
Bud Haney is co-author, with Jim Sirbasku, of the book, 40 Strategies for Winning in Business.
